How much is shipping?
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. (All orders over $100 ship free!)
How long does it take for my package to ship?
We strive to ship all orders within 2 business days, but occasionally, we may need an extra day. You will receive shipment information as soon as your order is on its way!
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Haven is not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost, you will need to file a claim with USPS or contact your local post office.

Local Pickup
How do I pick up locally?
We’re happy to offer local pickup for your convenience! Once you place your order, we’ll reach out within 2 business days to arrange a time for pickup. Please wait for us to confirm the details before coming to the store.

Returns & Refunds
What is the return window?
We hope you LOVE the items you purchase! If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied, any unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise purchased at HAVEN can be returned within 14 days.
How do you refund?
Our refunds are store credit only.
Once your return is received and processed, store credit will be issued within 5 business days. You will receive an email notification once the credit has been applied to your account.

What items are eligible for return?
The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns:
- Sale or reduced-priced items
- Jewelry and accessories
- Gift cards
- Swimsuits
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.
How do I make a return?
To initiate a return, email us at hello@shophaventx.com. We will provide a packing slip and return address.
- All returns by mail are at the customer’s expense.
- Please note that shipping costs, taxes, and discounts will be deducted from your store credit.
- Items not in original condition will not qualify for credit.
What if my order is damaged or defective?
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please email us at hello@shophaventx.com within 3 days of receiving it. Be sure to include photos of the damaged item. We will handle these cases individually to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
