Return policy

We hope you LOVE the items that you purchase! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, any unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise purchased at Haven can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase for STORE CREDIT ONLY! Any items received after 14 days will be returned at the customer's expense.

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return:

  • ANY reduced-priced item or Sale item
  • Jewelry + Accessories
  • Gift cards

To initiate a return, email us at hello@shophaventx.com. We are happy to help and will provide a packing slip + the return address. 

*All returns by mail will be at the customer's expense. Please note that shipping costs, taxes, and any discounts used will be deducted from your store credit. Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if your item(s) are not in original condition. Thank you for understanding!

Haven is not responsible for packages lost in transit. You would need to file a claim with USPS or call your local post office.

Once your return is received and processed, store credit will be issued within 5 business days. You will receive an email notification once the credit has been applied to your account.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, email us at hello@shophaventx.com within 3 days of receiving it. Be sure to include photos of the damaged item. We will handle these cases individually to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

Haven is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local USPS office for assistance.

Haven reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our Return Policy. 

Orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled after checkout.
